George Beal House Short Breaks Service provides essential respite for adults with learning disabilities.

We are looking for an experienced worker to join our team who is passionate about promoting rights, choices and independence skills, in a residential worker role. Staff are required to work a rota covering the 24 hour period (including sleep in duties and weekend working) and will take on a supervisory role to other staff managers within the team.

The post you are applying for is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
