We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive level of support within the Vehicle Repair Depot (VRD) which will assist BBC to comply with all elements of its HGV operator's licence. This will include the detailed checking of large quantities of data prior to it being uploaded into the Councils Fleet Management and Financial systems.
You will also act as front of house in relation to meeting and booking in vehicles from external customers and taking payments as required, and assist in the reduction of vehicle downtime by procuring parts, fuel and services.
