Lead, motivate and supervise the Customer Service Team in the provision of an efficient and effective support, advice and information service for a diverse range of customers to the Council meeting the service key performance indicators.
To ensure that customers receive a high standard of care and support enabling them to access services whether they contact the Council as a visitor, by phone, email or online in keeping with the Council’s customer charter.
To assist with the day to day management of all aspects of the Council’s customer service centre and liaise with all service areas to improve the customer experience through innovative and creative service improvements.
