An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Adult Services Contact Team as a Team Administrator.


The team provides a front door service to our Learning Disability Older People and Physical Disability care management teams. The key duties required for this role include:
To provide a comprehensive administration service for all team members, prioritising work appropriately.
To provide administration support for meetings, including arranging, attending and taking minutes of the meeting ensuring that all statements made and opinions expressed are accurately recorded. Producing draft minutes and approved minutes for distribution.

 

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
