Are you a passionate and dedicated qualified Social Worker with over 12 months experience in a statutory adults social care team who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults?

As a qualified Social Worker, you will;

  • Work with adults who have complex social care needs.
  • Manage a varied caseload with increasing complexity and autonomy.
  • Contribute to safeguarding, assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with health and care partners to deliver personalised services.
  • Promote independence and enable older people to live fulfilling lives using a strengths based approach
  • Work closely with service users, families, providers, and healthcare professionals to support safe, independent living in the community.
