As a qualified Social Worker, you will:
- Work with adults who have complex social care needs.
- Manage a varied caseload with increasing complexity and autonomy.
- Contribute to safeguarding, assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with health and care partners to deliver personalised services.
- Promote independence and enable older people to live fulfilling lives using a strengths-based approach

Benefits:
- £2,000 market rate supplement (subject to annual review)
- £6,000 welcome payment (paid upon successful completion of probation)
- £2,000 retention payment (paid after 4 years of service)
- Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
- Generous annual leave entitlement: 26 days per year, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service
