Senior Care Assistant required for a Dementia Care Home, Kempston Bedford.
As a member of the care team, to provide care to the highest standard in accordance with the needs of the resident as assessed and planned, whilst being respectful of the individuality, privacy and dignity of the resident at all times.
On occasion take the role of Duty Senior to support the senior team in the leadership and running of the home and to help create and maintain a supportive, secure and friendly environment where residents can achieve maximum independence and choice.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
