We are currently seeking a Reablement Support Worker to join our successful, motivated and committed team.

 

Within this role, you will make a great step in a long lasting career and make a difference to people's lives.

 

This role will allow you to work in a caring and supportive role with adults who live in their own home, help them to become independent with all aspects of daily living, in a supportive, experienced and motivated team. 

 

 

The successful candidate will be provided with mandatory training, support and guidance from our committed, motivated, energetic and professional team coordinators. You will receive supervision, appraisal and comprehensive induction.

 

In this role you will need to travel between service users homes within a given timescale. You will need a current UK driving licence and access to a car.

 


The role provides hands on personal care to service users . You must be able to carry out physical care tasks. Manual Handling training experience preferred but training will be given.

Reablement promotes a culture of independence and has a strong teamwork ethic.

 

The service runs between 07.30 and 22.00, 365 days a year.
