Bedfordshire Pension Fund is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pensions Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead transformation initiatives and ensure the Fund delivers a compliant and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver change and improvement projects driven by legislation, process reviews, industry standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the Fund’s transition to a digital first model, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Embed efficient, compliant, and well documented practices across pensions and payroll systems, member and employer portals, and reporting tools.
Monitor and implement legislative and policy changes - Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting statutory and internal deadlines.
- Manage a team responsible for employer data collection, testing, quality assurance, and compliance with new legislation.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in pensions administration, project management, or service improvement roles, including pensions software, iConnect, Altair, Insights, Engage.
- Strong understanding of LGPS regulations and pension legislation.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes in a complex regulatory environment.
- Experience with digital transformation and technology driven service delivery.
