Job Advert

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and versatile to join the team at Bromham Library to help us deliver a high quality and welcoming service to a diverse range of customers.


You will be excellent at multi tasking, have a proactive approach and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to use ICT competently and securely.
You will be interacting with customers by helping them use the self service system, answering their enquiries, providing ICT and digital support as well as taking part in library activities and carrying out a range of day to day library routines.


Although the job will have a base location which is Bromham Library and a regular rota, you will be expected to work flexibly and cover at other local libraries if required.

 

Working hours are as follows:  

 

Week 1 - Wednesday 0945-1200 - Thursday 1345-1700 - Friday 0945-1200 - Saturday 0945-1300

 

Week 2 - Tuesday 1345-1700 - Wednesday 0945-1200 - Thursday 1345-1700 - Friday 0945-1200

 

 

Closing date 27th December 2024 - Interviews 7th January 2025.
