Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting children young people and families?

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Help Officer to join our Early Help and Intervention Team.


This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Early Help services helping to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. 


As an Early Help Officer you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Help Team Leader and Early Help Coordinator helping to coordinate daily Early Help Panels and support the work of the Integrated Front Door. 


You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting the management of referrals assisting with quality assurance processes and ensuring information is recorded and processed efficiently using specialist systems.

 

The role requires excellent attention to detail strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of professionals and service users
