We are looking for two experienced and motivated Social Workers to join our busy Adult Social Care Front door team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced supportive where you will play key role in responding to residents at the point of first contact.
You will undertake Care Act assessments, Carers assessments, risk assessments and strength based support planning while working closely with residents, carers and partner agencies.
You will need excellent assessment and professional decision making skills with the confidence to manage complex situations identifying risk and make timely proportionate decisions.
Experience of working within a front door duty or high demand adult social care service.

Salary Information
Grade: BBU11 plus market rate supplement £2,000pa (subject to review), welcome & retention payments.
Monday to Thursday 08:45 to 17:20 Fridays 08:54 to 16:20 ( 3 days office attendance)
