We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Worker to join the Adult Services Contact Team.
This is a fast paced and rewarding role at the heart of our service where you will be the first point of contact for individuals, families and professionals seeking support.
You will play a crucial role in triaging referrals, undertaking assessments, managing risk and ,asking timely decisions to ensure people receive the right support.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, resilient and able to work independently and as part of a team.
