You will be responsible for planning and leading the service delivery and timetabled sessions to a high standard ensuring a quality service with measurable positive outcomes.
To oversee the supporting care team members by confidently leading with daily planning, monitoring, ensuring professional approaches and a person centred delivery in line with the varying individual support needs within a group setting.
To risk assess and support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex healthcare needs to access a range of day opportunities which enhance their independence, opportunities and inclusion in society and to monitor and communicate on complex healthcare needs with other multi disciplinary teams.
To safeguard and give complete care (physical, social, emotional, intellectual) according to the individual needs of the service user as assessed and planned ensuring absolute dignity and respect is paramount in service delivery.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
