Job Advert

We are currently looking to recruit to our Team Manager post managing our adult social care contact team.

 

The team provide a front door service to our Learning Disability, Older People, Physical Disability care management teams and oversight of safeguarding enquires.

 

The successful post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the team ensuring effective service delivery to the highest professional standard. A professional qualification and the corresponding registration is required.

 

You will have responsibility for staff supervision, budget management, quality assurance and performance management.

 

You will ensure effective allocation of work within the team, ensuring that stated protocols for responding and processing enquires are adhered to in line with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation and guidance.

 

You will also work collaboratively with the care management teams and with wider partners and stakeholders.
