About Us:

Join our dynamic team at Bedford Borough Council and make a difference in Children's Services! We are currently seeking a passionate individual to fill a Minute and Conference Recorder position. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining efficient communication and documentation for a wide range of meetings within our Children's Services department.


Key Responsibilities:


·       Attend and record meetings, capturing essential discussions and actions.

·       Ensure accurate and timely minute-taking for various meetings.

·       Flexibly work on transcribing minutes, predominantly from recorded meetings.

·       Occasionally attend face-to-face meetings to record proceedings.


Recruitment Process:

You will be required to complete a basic criminal records check for unspent convictions.
