Job Advert

We are looking for proactive Risk and Insurance Manager to lead our external insurance arrangements, Risk Management Strategy, and Risk Management Champions group.

 

You will manage our self insurance provision and actuarial assessments, negotiate insurance premiums, and oversee claims settlements. You will also develop our Risk Management Strategy and train our team in managing risk.

 

You will be a skilled leader who can drive change, preferably with experience from the commercial insurance sector. A strong understanding of insurance and risk management are essential, as is a degree or equivalent experience, relevant insurance qualifications, and excellent communication skills.

You would work a 37 hour working week. We can also offer 27 days of annual leave, increasing to 32 days after 5 years service, plus bank holidays, compensated by a competitive salary and a generous pension scheme that will be completely unrivalled in the private sector.
