If you are an experienced operational manager working in the homelessness sector this may be role for you. Passion to lead a dynamic team with a strong customer centric focus on homeless prevention and creative rehousing solutions is a must. It is an exciting time to join our management team following significant investment in the service resources to deliver a broad transformation programme to design new ways of working to best address local needs.

 

Therefore you will need to take a positive approach to change management. A high performance mindset and data analysis skills are essential along with integrity in managing budgets to ensure best value for money. Building strong relationships with partners will be key. Bedford is growing fast as a prime location with excellent transport infrastructure, strong digital connectivity and increasing international investment.

 

As the operational service manager of a customer facing, frontline team based in the Bedford Borough Hub in the town centre, it is expected that you will be office based to lead the team for the majority of the time.
