This is a new role reporting directly to the Chief Executive.    As well as driving a pipeline of regeneration projects, securing external funding and making sure that the Council has of professional and technical advice,  you will have responsibility for the Council’s estate and generating income. 

This is also a partnership role working with developers, DWP and helping to shape our work on the governments Devolution agenda.
