We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker/Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic Adult Services Contact Team.
This is a secondment opportunity or fixed term contract for up to 6 months.
We are looking for someone who can lead, mentor and shape practice while making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, evidence and strength based social work, contributing to positive outcomes and organisational improvement.
